We check your property to verify its conditions. We may suggest making some changes, repairs and maintenance jobs to increase its value and keep everything in a perfect working state. We assess the future income it may bring.

The second step is to enhance the property with some small but essential details. We add some decor and design for the apartment to appear more attractive for future guests.

We conduct a professional photoshoot and property registration with the local authorities. We publish the property ad online once all the preparation processes are finalised.

HOW WE HELP

TO MANAGE

YOUR PROPERTY

We will handle all the necessary registration processes with the local authorities. SUAP, police department and statistics (Turismo 5).

We will keep you updated about everything happening on your property, and if necessary, you can contact us at any time.

Legal compliance

If your family and friends are coming to visit the city, you may occasionally use your property during the low season and for the dates which haven’t been booked yet.

Use property if needed

All our properties are protected with insurance coverage made explicitly for short-term rentals.

Damage insurance

We are confident that you will be satisfied with our service, but we still offer you a worry-free 30-day trial period during which you may decide if you want to proceed working with us.

Trial period

We will sign a contract with a guaranteed monthly income, so you don't have to worry about occupancy and low seasons. We may also evaluate a percentage-based contract.

Guaranteed income

We take care of all that is needed for short-term rental, from laundry, cleaning and supplies to guest check-in and communication. You don’t have to worry about anything.

360 short-term rental service

We cover all the regular maintenance processes and inform the owner about that. We proceed even with a more significant maintenance if needed after discussing it.
